Low & Burbank's Grant
New Hampshire

In 1851 the legislature authorized the governor and council to appoint a land commissioner to sell the public lands, and James Willey of Conway was appointed to that office. Low and Burbank's Grant was made by the legislature through State Treasurer Abner B. Kelly to Clovis Low of Jefferson and Barker Burbank of Shelburne in 1852.
