SPAM and/or HOAX emails are on the rise again in 2011, many of our customers have received faked emails asking for personal account information. North Country Internet Access DOES_NOT_EVER send or ask for customer information via email and we DO_NOT_EVER send our customers email regarding alerts for SPAM and/or HOAXES. ALL information pertaining to SPAM and/or HOAXES is located on the North Country Internet Access website.

In the event that North Country Internet Access does need to contact you we will do so via the telephone number we have on file for you. DO_NOT_EVER email your login name or passwords in response to an email your receive as you will be compromising your account and putting yourself at risk for identity theft.
